Sorry, It was Fatigue Coach Izzo
Following Michigan State’s abysmal loss to the Iowa Hawkeyes in yesterday’s Big Ten Tournament semifinal game, Coach Tom Izzo said don’t blame the loss on fatigue.
When asked about the fatigue factor, Izzo replied, "The answer is no, fatigue had zero to do with the loss. It hand nothing to do with the loss, zero, zero, zero. Don't use it, don't say it, don't even ask it because it had nothing to do with the loss."
Okay. Then the Spartans are about as good as the girls basketball team I saw on Comcast Local a couple of days ago.
Sorry Coach Izzo, I’m gonna chalk this one up to fatigue, because if I don’t then I have to face the reality that the Spartans played the worst basketball I have seen them play in over eight years. My fragile mind can’t handle that.

It was fatigue. A 14-hour turnaround between games will do that to you.
Hell, I play pickup basketball with a 14 hour turnaround and I am useless. I am certainly not a college basketball player.
I have something that I think Shannon Brown needs though......The Big Dribble.
oh the big dribble. feared by everyone. if he had that in his arsenal he would be unstoppable
I pulled out that move today from my bag of tricks. The fool wanted nothing to do with it. It was super sweet.
I just heard Tom Izzo on the Mike & Mike Show on ESPN Radio. He was at a loss for words on the team. He was like, um, uh, uh, I think, uh, um, etc.
He did admit fatigue finally in the Big Ten Tournament. He said originally he didn;t think it was a factor, but after watching the film, it was apparent.
Tom Izzo apparently buys into the media hype of Trannon as a football player. he was all giddy to Mike Golic about Trannon saying, "we got our footballer back here..eh Golic". I didn't think he would stoop to that level.
He said we lack depth and we lack synchricity. He said we never got on a roll and never totally meshed as a team.
Hopefully we can learn that quickly. If nothing else, maybe a little heart will pull us through.
no one ever wants anything to do with it. that's why it is the best.
